S5M-12919: Welcome to New Zealand's First Baby

That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, has given birth to her first child, a baby girl; understands that Prime Minister Ardern has announced that she will be the first sitting world leader to take six weeks maternity leave and that her partner, the broadcaster, Clarke Gayford, will take paternity leave to help raise the child; notes that the prime minister is a member of Parliamentarians for Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament (PNND), and acknowledges that, as New Zealand is a single-state nuclear weapons-free zone, the child will be raised in a nation free of nuclear weapons.
